Ride A Pet Egg Locations: Blackhole, Cherub, and Random Spawns

Overview

In Ride A Pet, egg locations are split between ordinary eggs that rotate randomly and announced Ethereal eggs such as Blackhole and Cherub that share several reported landmarks. If you are hunting a specific egg, use the location notes below as a search list, not as a guaranteed route.

How the Egg Loop Works

The basic egg loop is to locate an egg, pick it up, carry it to the ranch before its timer ends, place it, wait for growth, and hatch it.

Eggs carry a luck bonus that stacks with your farm's passive luck. That combined luck affects the chance of hatching rarer pets, so both the egg's own luck and the farm's passive luck matter. IGN also notes that better eggs tend to be farther from your base and that you need a fast pet to make it back before the egg breaks.

Common Egg Spawns and Luck

Ordinary egg locations are described by IGN as random and rotating. A set route cannot guarantee that an egg will be waiting at every stop, so treat common egg hunting as a search pattern rather than a checklist with fixed coordinates.

For two specific examples, Beebom's September 29 egg table lists White Eggs at 1 luck and Brown Eggs at 5 luck. Those numbers are the egg's own luck bonus; they stack with the farm's passive luck as described above.

Blackhole and Cherub Egg Spawn Areas

Blackhole and Cherub Eggs are Ethereal eggs. In Beebom's September 29 snapshot, Blackhole is listed at 100 billion luck and Cherub at 1 trillion luck. When either egg spawns, the game announces its arrival, which is the cue to start searching.

Both eggs have been reported in the same set of locations. Search these areas after an announcement:

• Giant Tree — Check the top cabin and the nearby branches.
• Waterfall cave behind the Track Shop — Search inside the cave and the cliffs around its rear opening.
• Cliff along the Forest-to-Desert edge — Check the cliff line at the edge of the Forest biome.
• Desert Pyramid — Look inside the Pyramid's small opening.
• Pond beside the Desert Pyramid — Jump into the pond to enter the maze; check the maze, but both location guides caution that searching it takes extra time.

Using the Eternal Radar

The Eternal Radar is reported to detect high-luck Blackhole and Cherub Eggs. Two September guides list its Gear Shop price as 30 million cash.
